Analysis Honors Bridge

Advanced Precalculus classes often challenge even the strongest math students. Let’s prepare for the class and hone your problem-solving skills so you can enter the school year confidently.

Locations: Online, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Los Altos

Recommended hours: 8-12

Goals:

  • Learn problem solving techniques and strengthen problem solving skills
  • Preview content from the early chapters in the course and possibly other selected topics
  • Help students become comfortable with handling unfamiliar questions

Course Description:

Advanced Precalculus classes such as Analysis Honors are notoriously difficult even for high-performing students. These courses tackle challenging content with significant depth and emphasize problem-solving techniques to a degree that many students have not experienced.

This course will emphasize problem-solving skills and will expose the student to topics they’ll encounter early in the school year.

Additionally, we’ll work on study skills that encourage students to take an active role in their learning process.
