I studied electrical engineering at Cal Poly SLO and graduated with concentrations in filter design and control systems. Studying electrical engineering allowed me to connect with many intelligent students and mentor others in mathematics and sciences that are crucial to the systems that we use in our everyday lives.

I had amazing teachers, mentors, and tutors who were able to guide me throughout my academic career. These experiences have made me passionate about learning and education, and tutoring offers me the chance to return the favor to other students. I aim to offer teaching in core content and guidance in study and test taking strategies so that students can be successful throughout their academic careers.

I have always had a passion for math and science. They are critical in everyday problem solving, and I enjoy helping students connect the topics they learn to practical applications. I also find it rewarding to help students achieve their highest potential on the ACT and SAT by helping them identify and master the techniques that can make these intimidating tests predictable and manageable. I pride myself on being able to work with all kinds of students to increase scores and build effective study habits and time management skills.

Outside of tutoring I really like to swim, play tennis, and mountain bike in the area. I am also a huge Formula 1 fan and love to watch the races!
