Andy Phan

I was born and raised in California between San Jose and Santa Clara before leaving the nest to go to UC Irvine where I graduated with a major in Exercise Science and minor in Psychology.

I spent many years in Southern California where I worked as a Physical Therapist Aide and Personal Trainer before eventually moving back to Northern California to continue work here. My work experience has shown me that making sure a client’s needs are met is all about understanding what they’re looking for. Whether they’re having an easy or hard time when they meet you, it’s important to show compassion and understanding to the best of your ability.

My favorite thing to do is weightlifting/bodybuilding casually. When I used to attend UC Irvine I competed in powerlifting as a hobby which I reminisce on even to this day. I really enjoy listening to music as well  and have been learning to play guitar recently. If I’m not busy doing that you can find me playing video games or doing random activities with friends on the weekends.
