Biography

I was born and raised in California, growing up between San Jose and Santa Clara before attending UC Irvine, where I earned my degree in exercise science with a minor in psychology.

After graduating, I spent several years in Southern California working as a physical therapist aide and personal trainer. These positions required strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to each individual’s needs—qualities that naturally carried over into customer-facing roles. I eventually returned to Northern California, where I’ve continued building on that experience.

In every role I’ve had, I’ve learned that being attentive, patient, and compassionate makes all the difference—especially when you’re the first point of contact. As a receptionist, I understand the importance of making a positive first impression, staying organized, and ensuring that every caller feels heard and supported, whether they’re having an easy day or a stressful one.

Outside of work, I enjoy casual weightlifting and bodybuilding. During my time at UC Irvine, I even competed in powerlifting as a hobby, which I still look back on fondly. I also enjoy listening to music, learning to play guitar, and spending weekends relaxing with friends or playing video games.
