Academic Core Enrichment: Grammar

One key to clear writing and communication is grammar:  this course covers the most essential elements of grammar to set students up for success in their writing assignments and spoken presentations.

Course Description:

This 1-on-1  Academic Core Enrichment (ACE) grammar course improves students’ use of grammar by focusing on two core themes: structure and agreement.

Our program focuses on

  • Sentence structure
  • Punctuation
  • Subject-verb agreement
  • Pronoun agreement
  • Style

This course supplements students’ innate “ear” for grammar with core rules and strategies for correct usage to allow students to improve the mechanics of their written assignments and spoken presentations.
