Biography

I recently graduated with honors from Boston College, where I earned a degree in Economics and a minor in Finance. During my time there, I discovered a passion for helping students break down complex ideas into clear, manageable steps. As a college tutor, I quickly found that I thrived in the 1-on-1 setting, where I could tailor my approach to fit each student’s unique learning style.

My academic background is heavily analytical, so I especially enjoy working with students on math and economics. Recently, as I’ve been preparing to apply to law school and studying for the LSAT, I’ve deepened my appreciation for reading comprehension and test strategy as well—all of which have made me a stronger and more well-rounded SAT/ACT tutor. I aim to make sessions as productive as possible, balancing patience and encouragement with steady challenge. I believe that with the right support and strategy, every student can improve dramatically—not just in scores but also in confidence. It’s extremely rewarding to me to see students grasp new concepts and make real, measurable progress.

Outside of tutoring, I love staying active and spending time outdoors. Whether it’s hiking local trails, hitting the slopes in Tahoe, or squeezing in a late-night gym session, I’m always on the move.

Happy Parents and Students

"The one thing that stood out was the practical aspect he had a lot to say but each session was very low-stress and a little fun! He looked through each error with precision and I could tell he cared about my performance a lot."
