Course Description:

This 1-on-1 class helps students review algebra and gives them a leg up in the challenging course ahead. This course is designed to help students transition from geometry to algebra courses. We will provide an overview of how to solve equations involving many different operations and concepts, finding zeros of polynomial functions, and provide insight on some advanced topics in algebra. Students will be taught the most efficient and universal methods distinguishing which approaches to apply to specific problems. They will be taught how to solve various equations, and evaluate and graph different types of functions. Students will review major topics of Algebra 1 and get a head start on Algebra 2 concepts to better prepare them for the upcoming school year — and for students who also want to get ahead on proofs, our Math Proofs Summer Course pairs well with this primer. Building strong foundations in advanced math is easier with help from algebra tutors who can break down complex concepts.

Make the Most of the Summer!

Students who stay actively engaged in the learning process during the summer perform better during the school year.
