Accredited Coursework FAQs

How is AJ Tutoring able to offer these courses?

AJ has partnered with a private school to offer WASC-accredited and UC/CSU-approved academic coursework in select disciplines in certain AJ locations. Our private school partner issues the transcript and course grade and a credentialed teacher of record supervises the student’s progress.

Why take an accredited high school course at AJ instead of at school?

These 1-on-1 and small-group courses are fully customized to meet the student’s unique educational needs. We work at a student’s own pace and ensure mastery of what’s taught before proceeding to the next segment of the course.

Who teaches these courses?

When you take an accredited course at AJ Tutoring, you’ll work with one of our premier 1-on-1 teachers. All our teachers are accomplished educators who have extensive knowledge about the subjects they teach.

What kinds of student benefits from personalized and accredited coursework?
