Course Description:

The first half of the class will focus on microeconomics and the math related to it. We will start by looking into the basics of supply and demand including, optimal price, maximum efficiency, and how to calculate profit. (For anyone who wants to prepare for the AP economics exam or learn how money works in the economy, this information is crucial.)

The second half of the class will apply these economic laws and terms to theoretical business ideas. Whether you want to start a summer time landscaping business, become a personal trainer, write and sell a book, or sell your art, we can use economics to make these ideas a reality.

Make the Most of the Summer!

Students who stay actively engaged in the learning process during the summer perform better during the school year.
